Precious Pacis reserves the right to cancel any order or refuse service at its discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, abusive behaviour, or policy violations. If an order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued.
Precious Pacis maintains a zero-tolerance policy for disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour. Any such conduct in communication or interactions will result in you being blacklisted and prohibited from making future purchases.
All sales are final—refunds and cancellations are not permitted. However, if your order arrives damaged or has been lost/stolen in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. Be prepared to provide proof (such as photos of the damaged item or confirmation from the shipping carrier regarding loss). We will assess the situation and see what can be done to help.
For any items that arrive damaged, please contact us with photos or other proof within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped with tracking information.
For UK orders, your order should arrive in:

—3-5 business days (Tracked 48) – £4
International shipping starts at £8 and increases depending on the weight of your item/s.
For most international orders, your order should arrive within 3-11 business days, depending on your location, but can take anywhere up to 30 business days in some cases.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. International shipments, in particular, may take longer due to factors such as customs processing and local postal service delays. If your order has not arrived after 28 days, please contact your local postal service or customs office for further updates.
Please be aware that customs fees, import duties and taxes, and other charges are not included in our shipping costs and may be incurred upon delivery. These fees, if any, are the responsibility of the customer, and can vary depending on your country’s customs policies and the value of the goods being imported. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing an order if this is something that you are concerned about.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details to monitor its progress. If you are placing an order from outside the UK, please be aware that international shipping times can vary due to customs and postal delays. We kindly ask for your patience, as we cannot consider a package lost until at least 28 days have passed from the shipping date.
Please note that once your order has been shipped, Precious Pacis is no longer responsible for any delays, lost, or stolen packages. Sometimes delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as postal service delays or customs issues. If your package appears delayed, we recommend first checking the tracking information and contacting your local postal service or customs office for any delivery enquiries. If it has exceeded the stated timeframe and still has not arrived, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete before completing your order. Once your package has shipped, we won’t be able to change the address. Precious Pacis is not responsible for any delays, lost packages, or additional fees resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for both the return fees charged by the courier and the cost of reshipping the order to the correct address, before the order can be resent.
If the customer wishes to receive a refund instead of reshipping, these fees will be deducted from the refund amount. In some cases, if these fees exceed the cost of the items, a refund may not be issued.
Please note that we cannot issue any refunds or reship the package until it has been safely returned to us. Please also be aware that we cannot guarantee the package will be returned, and we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit.
